Design Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Design Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with Country & Creative Leads across 20 locations globally. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in guiding, supporting and educating them on talent acquisition strategies.


About the Role:

This role is responsible for sourcing the best creative talent across APAC, Europe, Middle East, and LATAM. You will develop meaningful relationships with design, creative, and marketing internal partners to understand Canva's continually evolving organizations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies that deliver strong results and bring top talent into our design teams.
  • Partner with internal hiring leads: Work closely with your hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of each role and empower them on high standards of hiring within the contractor and freelancer recruitment space.
  • Data-motivated and solution-orientated: Improve our hiring process by thinking with a data-first and solution-orientated approach to drive better processes, experiences, and clarity for yourself and the wider team.
