Strategic Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the recruitment life cycle for roles in the APAC region, ensuring an inclusive and fair selection and assessment process, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, organisational, and influencing skills, with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail. They will be able to build strong relationships with managers and internal customers, and provide insights for benchmarked recruitment practice, market intelligence, and hiring data to support our global Talent Acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities:- Own the recruitment life cycle for roles in the APAC region
- Ensure an inclusive and fair selection and assessment process
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
