About the Role

This EL1 Assistant Director, Engagement position requires a high level of expertise in engagement strategy development and delivery. You will lead the overall engagement workplan of a taskforce, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive engagement strategies that align with our organizational goals
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to engage key stakeholders and promote awareness of our initiatives

  • Provide expert advice on government processes and decision-making, ensuring that our strategies are informed and effective

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated understanding of engagement strategy and delivery principles, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and community outreach
  • In-depth knowledge of government processes and decision-making, including regulatory frameworks and policy development
  • Strong organisational ability and communication skills, with the capacity to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Australian citizenship and baseline clearance, ensuring compliance with relevant security requirements
