Your Key Responsibilities- Setting up and managing claim files to assist our loss adjusting team
- Managing customer enquiries and providing positive and effective solutions, including complex claim scenarios
- Providing proactive administrative support to our loss adjusters
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to enable speedy resolution of claims
- Assisting to manage inbound calls
We are looking for an individual with previous corporate administration or coordination experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, including the ability to multitask, and be able to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft office is also essential.
