We are seeking a skilled Claims Service Professional to join our team in a role that involves performing claims administrative tasks, developing improved procedures and implementing action on initial notification of claims.
This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with exceptional customer service skills and excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within Financial Services/Insurance Industry, accurate data input and sound knowledge of MS Office suite.
Key responsibilities include acknowledging receipt, arranging periodical benefit payments, processing claim payments and coordinating surveillance, rehabilitation and independent medical examination referrals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be accountable for your actions, striving to find the best outcomes for customers and partners. You will also value working together to find the best solutions for problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Financial Services/Insurance Industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Accurate data input
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
