We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Cadet at Recruit Personnel. As a Sales Cadet, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the real estate industry, while working towards achieving your Certificate of Registration.

This is a full-time position offering competitive Award Wages, with a salary range estimated to be around $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your weekly wage, you will also receive commission on top of your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking inquiries from potential buyers and contacting prospects
  • Attending open houses and engaging with potential buyers
  • Participating in building inspections, copying plans, and delivering contracts
  • Updating systems and performing administrative tasks
  • Installing and removing signage
  • Managing social media presence
  • Disseminating promotional materials via letterboxing
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, whether part-time or casual
  • A strong interest in the real estate industry
  • A current driver's license (P1, P2, or Class C)
  • Familiarity with the Maitland Local Government Area
  • The ability to manually handle signage
