Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer support efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Your primary focus will be on managing assigned customer accounts, utilizing structured account management practices to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of mining and construction machinery components
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
