Job Title: Program Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide program support to the Fruit Fly Emergency Response Program. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering the agency's priorities in accordance with policies and direction provided by the State Coordination Centre.

The role involves responding to requests for resources, invoicing, and managing government systems (hardcat and basware). You will also be responsible for ensuring supplies, accommodation, and ordering activities are managed effectively.

In addition, you will participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and providing proactive project and business support services. You will maintain effective working relationships with relevant managers across the program to ensure efficient operations of the Program.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a current driver's license and willingness to drive
  • Out of hours work and inter/intrastate travel may be required
  • Intermediate level of procurement knowledge and/or invoice processing experience in Basware is an advantage
  • Australian residency or current work permit is required
  • Willingness to participate in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities

Remuneration:

ASO3 - $67,589 min - $72,033 max per annum, plus superannuation
