We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our Amazon Fulfillment Center team in Kemps Creek, Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the site's indirect procurement operations, including forecasting, inventory management, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide procurement operations support for the fulfillment center, including forecasting of non-inventory products, inventory management, and supplier management.
- Lead a team of non-inventory receivers to ensure the building has adequate resources and is set up for success.
- Develop deep knowledge of non-inventory items and align with like buildings to drive best practices.
- Manage KPIs to measure, control, and benchmark procurement processes, including creation of recurring metrics reports to drive improvements for the Operations network.
- Work in partnership with suppliers to develop innovative solutions to provide procurement support to the Operations teams.
- Completed Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- 1+ year's experience using MS-office, particularly Excel and analytic platforms.
- Supply Chain Management Certifications (e.g. CSCMP).
