Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description:
This role requires a Senior Safety Adviser to be embedded in SA Water, supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs and projects. The successful candidate will drive the program to beneficial outcomes by liaising and collaborating with an extensive stakeholder group of construction partners, vendors, regulators, and SA Water.
The key responsibilities of this role include advocating for and upholding the highest level of safety across multiple concurrent infrastructure, maintenance, and construction projects, leading safety governance and assurance programs on behalf of KBR & SA Water, and incident management and prevention across live sites, corporate offices, third-party areas, and subcontractor environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in safety management systems, risk management strategies, internal auditing, and related legislation.
