**Job Overview**

We seek an experienced National Construction Manager to lead site installations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring seamless execution, safety, and quality outcomes for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and support construction site and safety managers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ensure safety-first culture at all site installations.
  • Oversee installations and ensure compliance with global methodologies and standards.
  • Problem-solve and provide guidance for on-site challenges, including material delays and site access issues.
  • Contribute to project evaluations, risk mitigation, and installation timelines.
  • Build capability within the site management team, ensuring consistency across installations and alignment to global standards.
  • Provide regular updates to Project Managers.

**Requirements**

  • Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a global matrix organisation.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
  • Solid grounding in OHS&E principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
