A consultancy known for its high-quality services and solutions seeks an experienced leader to spearhead the growth of their acoustics team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the direction and development of the team, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience in environmental or built environment acoustic assessment, including expertise in acoustic modelling and assessment preparation. Strong leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and a collaborative approach are essential in this role. Additional experience in vibration assessments and modelling would be beneficial.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow the organisation's acoustic offering, working closely with the broader Environment team to deliver high-quality projects and solutions.
