Key Role
A skilled maintenance professional is required to join a leading manufacturer of industrial & commercial floor cleaning machines. The role involves carrying out routine servicing and repairs to products and machines, resolving technical issues, managing customer relationships, and effectively controlling inventory and spare parts.
Responsibilities:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks on equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults
- Building strong working relationships with customers
- Completing scheduled maintenance service agreements on company assets
- Managing inventory levels and ordering spare parts as needed
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications and/or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in equipment repair and maintenance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving license
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
