Strategic Risk Manager

The Enterprise Risk Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation's risk management practices are seamless and embedded into business strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team, reporting to the Head of Risk Management. You will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to ensure risk management is effectively incorporated into business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise risk management frameworks and policies.
- Provide strategic advisory services to business units to ensure consistent adoption of risk management practices.
- Engage with management on risk issues, reviewing metrics, processes, and risk events.
- Develop targeted training programs and risk workshops to enhance risk awareness culture and capability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business continuity and crisis management plans.
- Prepare high-quality reports on risk management practices for management and the board.
About You & The Role Requirements:
- Extensive experience in an enterprise risk management role, preferably within a large corporation or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to strengthen risk culture and risk management practices.
- Strong knowledge or experience in developing risk management frameworks, standards, and best practices in risk and controls management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
