
Clinical Care Specialist

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Regional Complex Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide clinical coordination, assessment, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of young people and their families/significant others who present with very high and complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a well-supported, multidisciplinary team to provide specialist clinical coordination services that support right place, right care principles.
- Promote a positive working culture by developing effective partnerships and strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including providing support and consultation to other team members as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in psychology or social work, and be registered with the relevant professional boards. They must also have current Tasmanian Working with Children Registration and a valid driver's licence.
