- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical needs.

- Contribute to the identification and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse with 3-4+ years of acute medical ward experience.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Benefits: Competitive salary range $78,179 - $105,995 per annum (pro rata), access to professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent, full-time or part-time positions available.
- Shift work required, up to 76 hours per fortnight.
