Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Compassionate Care Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Requirements:

  • Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse with 3-4+ years of acute medical ward experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Benefits: Competitive salary range $78,179 - $105,995 per annum (pro rata), access to professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent, full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Shift work required, up to 76 hours per fortnight.
