Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Coordinator to assist with managing our Outside School Hours Care service and leading engaging programs for primary-age children.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 25 hours per week (guaranteed minimum) to work across split shifts supporting the service's operating hours. You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too.

About the Role
  • Co-manage a team of Educators, balancing support and leadership opportunities.
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including compliance, administration, and roster management.
Requirements
  • Enjoy working with kids.
  • Strong and clear communication skills.
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children.
  • Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA.

Qualifications and Additional Information
