Digital Transformation Expert

The Queensland Government is seeking a Change Lead to drive significant digital transformation initiatives focused on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across three government agencies.
This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of change components, working closely with delivery teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners to ensure change management is integrated into project lifecycles.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver, lead, and manage the S/4HANA migration project, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary elements are embedded in plans and impacts are identified and addressed.
- Manage risks and issues impacting successful implementation.
- Support teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with departmental, business area, and whole-of-Government strategies.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
- Establish positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders for program success.
- Monitor and report project trends and performance against plans and schedules.
Applications remain current for 12 months.
