Job Title: Senior Client Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Executive to join our Carat team in Sydney. As a Senior Client Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with the Associate to ensure campaigns go to market as planned and that delivery is in line with booked parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the media landscape, including offline and online media.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of media campaigns, including reporting, checking bookings, and preparing reports.
  • Work closely with the Associate to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest media trends and technologies.
  • Support the management of offline media bookings and specs documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong media partner relationships and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in building documentation and strong administrative skills.
  • Experience in implementing and executing media campaigns across offline and digital media tools and platforms.
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with clients and team members.
