About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at Monks. As a Digital Media Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their digital media endeavors. This is a consultative role that involves advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions and optimize their digital media performance to drive long-term value and manage their media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage campaigns within advanced programmatic advertising platforms for display, mobile, social, video, analytics, ad serving, and creative design.
  • Analyze data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Provide analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
  • Develop campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Support the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Manage strategic initiatives to improve business processes and operations as we continue to grow at a rapid pace.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience executing programmatic or social campaigns in a technology company or end-advertiser.
  • Knowledge of GMP, specifically CM360 and DV360, is a huge plus.
  • Strong data analysis abilities.
  • Exceptional ability to learn, adapt, and discover and test new ideas.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and fun startup environment.
  • Desire to build a company up from an early stage.
