Maintain a thorough understanding of all our vehicle subscription packages and related products.
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
Guide customers through the decision-making process from initial inquiry to final sale.
Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up-to-date and engaging.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Able to work weekends as required.
