The RedBull Event Vehicle is a highly modified 2022 Jeep Wrangler fitted with CDJs, a mixer, speakers, microphones, a PlayStation 5, and other features.

The Event Vehicle Specialist works with the state (and sometimes national) marketing and sales teams to build and execute an engaging Event Vehicle (EV) program designed to connect with local consumers and promote the brand. The responsibilities include ideation, planning, execution, and reporting of the EV program, while also driving to and working at various events, engaging with communities, and supporting venues and outlets. The role involves supporting the sales and marketing team in ensuring executional excellence, identifying new opportunities, managing product availability to promote trial, providing feedback on venue execution, and supporting event operations.

The workload is approximately 10-15 hours per week and requires availability on weekends.

Responsibilities
  • You will support a variety of RedBull events with the EV, planning and reporting on success metrics in a timely manner.
  • You will identify new opportunities to utilize the EV in ways that support business functions and align with strategic goals.
  • You will support third-party events, from planning and liaising with organizers to providing on-site support.
  • You will manage social media content, creating engaging local stories and images to promote the EV.
  • You should have a passion for the VIC music and culture scene and be able to leverage this community to create opportunities.
  • You will find new ways to excite consumers, focusing on the 18-24 age group, through innovative uses of the EV.
  • You will manage service schedules, ensure staff are trained, conduct vehicle audits, and source DJs for event operation when needed.
Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and people skills.
  • Ability to adapt and make quick decisions.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
  • DJ experience with CDJ 900/2000s and DJM 750 Mixer.
