Job Title: Events & Awards Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Events & Awards team in a role that is primarily focused on Awards, providing a broad range of administrative support including data entry and records maintenance; assistance with event coordination, and preparation & filing of documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Events & Awards team, including data entry, records maintenance, and event coordination.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of documentation, including reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staff, volunteers, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to provide high-level support to internal and external customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar field.
  • High-level attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
