Job Title: Senior Project Draftsperson

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee a team of drafters in the delivery of complex HVAC projects.

About the Role
  • Lead a drafting team to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery and develop precise technical drawings that align with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles to ensure all documentation complies with applicable codes, local standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven leadership experience within HVAC drafting and project delivery, including managing drafting teams and contributing to complex, large-scale projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, as well as a passion for emerging technologies that enhance efficiency, such as BIM tools and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage drafting teams and contribute to complex, large-scale projects, while maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards, construction methodologies, and compliance requirements.
