Job Title: Senior HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to lead our team in the delivery of complex HVAC projects across multiple sectors.

This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of drafters in the production of detailed, accurate, and compliant technical drawings. You will work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to bring innovative HVAC systems to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a drafting team to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery\
  • Develop precise technical drawings that align with industry standards and project specifications\
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout project lifecycles\
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, applicable codes, local standards, and client requirements\
  • Manage drafting teams and contribute to complex, large-scale projects\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools and workflows\
  • Maintain high professional, ethical, and quality standards in all aspects of your work\
  • Develop a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to overcome challenges and deliver optimal outcomes\
  • Understand industry standards, construction methodologies, and compliance requirements\\/ul\[
