Market Manager, Oceania Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Market Manager to lead our sales and account management efforts in the Oceania region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand the portfolio of accommodation partners by introducing potential partners to our platform and facilitating their onboarding process.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners by providing valuable insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct in-market research, provide insightful analysis and conduct performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Review partner productivity performance and implement actions to ensure your portfolio of accounts is consistently optimized.
  • Resolve partner issues accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, account management or revenue experience within the hospitality & tourism industry.
  • Proficiency in English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to various stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to earn trust and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet critical targets and deadlines with accuracy.
