Senior Commercial Financial Analyst, Oceania

The role of this position is to provide strategic financial insights and analytical support for commercial sales initiatives in the Oceania region. Key responsibilities include developing annual plans, designing and implementing rebate and promotional strategies, and preparing regular commercial performance reports.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry or similar within a multinational corporation, preferably with international exposure, and hold a degree-qualified accounting qualification.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, the Senior FA will contribute to driving business growth in Oceania by providing financial forecasting and analysis. Key stakeholders are based in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Dublin, requiring flexibility to work and collaborate across multiple time zones.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and implement annual business plans
  • Design and monitor rebate and promotional strategies
  • Prepare regular commercial performance reports
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provide financial forecasting and analysis to support business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG or similar within a multinational corporation
  • Proven track record of delivering financial insights and analytical support
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
