Job Title: Regional Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality support services across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver person-centred support services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and outcomes for participants.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including support coordinators, community groups, and health professionals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee and support service delivery.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or disability studies.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role in the disability sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS and its operation.
