Our organisation requires a skilled professional to provide exceptional support to our contact centre frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with health and aged care policy, corporate and program areas for which the contact centre provides services.
- Collect, analyse and prepare reports on workload and performance for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of accurate data.
- Manage the delivery and support of high-quality technology/telephony services to end users, prioritising their needs and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with financial business partners to manage the contact centre's financial responsibilities, making informed decisions that drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective information resources for the contact centre, working closely with business partners and customer service teams to understand and implement changes to services, ensuring seamless communication and minimal disruption to operations.
