Job Opportunity

We are seeking an emerging creative professional to join our marketing team, working across global campaigns with our in-house Copywriter and wider Marketing team. This role requires a dynamic designer who can take high-level ideas and translate them into compelling creative assets across multiple marketing channels.

This person will be the design lead for the marketing team by owning the brand and ensuring design consistency across all marketing channels. They will also serve as the Brand Ambassador for the wider business, owning the brand guidelines and providing guidance on implementation to the wider business.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience, with expertise in creating video content and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Indesign, and Canva. They will also have experience with workflow management systems and tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Owning the brand and ensuring design consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Serving as the Brand Ambassador for the wider business.
    • Leading Creative Briefing sessions with our Copywriter and Marketing Ops to schedule work and ensure all deadlines are met.
    • Quickly translating ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for multiple marketing channels and formats.
    • Participating in campaign planning and retros, sharing ideas on design execution.
    • Effective planner, scheduling work around priorities and communicating when concepts and first-round artwork will be presented.

This role also involves helping evolve the brand look and feel as we continue our growth journey and showcase our creative designs globally.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Expertise in creating video content.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Indesign, and Canva.
  • Experience with workflow management systems and tools.
  • Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to a creative solution.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Marketing teams is highly desirable.
