Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to coordinate the development and execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, and drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for marketing strategies, and loves bringing ideas to life.

You will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social, and in-store channels.
  • Manage social media content scheduling, strategy development, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and in-store platforms.
  • Plan and execute content shoots, including filming, photography, and video editing.
  • Design in-store marketing materials, support packaging projects, and coordinate product launches.
  • Manage influencer relationships, brand partnerships, and external PR agency collaboration.
  • Maintain website functionality, upload products, and update digital promotional elements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, social media tools, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Marketing & Communication Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, brand management, and campaign development experience.
  • Creative & Strategic Skills: Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, photography and videography skills, event planning experience, and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Team collaboration, leadership capabilities, relationship management, adaptability, and teamwork.

Prior Experience and Education:

  • 1-2 years of marketing coordination or similar role experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer goods industries, and background in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
