We are seeking a Customer Service Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and drive sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:- Selling and delivering products to trade customers.
- Managing existing customer relationships and encouraging repeat business.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- A valid driver's license and ability to work away from home occasionally.
- Licensed and confident driver of a manual vehicle preferred.
- Physical fitness to lift up to 30kg repetitively.
- Customer service experience and passion for helping customers achieve sales goals.
- Strong communication and computer skills, with a willingness to learn internal systems.
