Role Overview:

Evolve Talent is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide mobile field service assistance to clients in Melbourne's Western Suburbs. As a key member of our client's dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering technical support and maintenance services to heavy mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical fault-finding and repair on heavy machinery, including hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Accurately document service reports and maintain compliance with OH&S requirements.
  • Install new products and equipment, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification as a Diesel Technician or equivalent.
  • Experience working with heavy or mobile plant equipment, with a focus on field service and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean driving license and ability to work remotely and on call.
  • EWP and Forklift Ticket desirable.
