Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team at Kion Group AG in Victoria. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for attending various customer sites to provide service, repair, and maintenance on Kion equipment. You will work as part of a supportive team and have opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer sites to provide service, repair, and maintenance on Kion equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklift trucks and other material handling equipment
  • Use diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

  • Relevant mechanical background, ideally with experience working on forklifts, heavy equipment, or automotive
  • Hydraulics and/or pneumatics experience is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
