Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Unitect S. p. A. in Melbourne, Australia.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary support and service onsite, as well as assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining automatic processing lines. This role requires a mechanical background and experience with related tools, fabrication, and assembly skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, fabrication, and repair of fruit and vegetable processing lines
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and support
  • Acting as a link between the field and the Head Quarters service team, collecting and providing feedback from the market
Requirements:
  • Mechanical experience and knowledge
  • Familiarity with related tools required (e.g. hand and power tools)
  • Fabrication and assembly skills (cutting, welding & drilling)
  • Valid driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and precision
