We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Equine, Adventure and Leisure markets team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and relationship management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow and develop your skills. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of activities, including:
- Providing high-level client service and effective relationship management
- Completing broking tasks with precision and accuracy
- Managing a portfolio of clients while working towards team targets
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Tier 1 qualification (Insurance Diploma preferred)
- Familiarity with Winbeat and Sunrise (or similar broking systems)
- High levels of motivation and a desire to be part of a supportive team environment
- An all-rounder with a passion for the equine industry
