Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OSHC leader to join our team at Ormond Primary School. As the face of TheirCare, you will lead your own OSHC service, providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for local families.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. As the OSHC leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools
  • Mentoring staff to achieve high-quality services
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager
  • Managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks

You will work Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, and have access to extensive and ongoing training to support your career growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed or in-process ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services
  • An Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state
  • A willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
