RAC Insurance, a purpose-led member organisation in Western Australia, is seeking an experienced Strategic Supply Chain Partnership Specialist. This role will play a pivotal part in optimising our supply chain to deliver exceptional service to our members.

About the Role

This key position will work closely with top-tier service providers to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness within our Claims business. You will support contract management, analyse supplier performance, and foster strong partnerships that align with RAC's commitment to delivering outstanding member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management & Governance: Ensure compliance with the Claims Supply Chain Contract Management Handbook.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
  • Operational Excellence: Support the claims team by ensuring access to high-quality service providers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and customer satisfaction.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings to review performance and resolve any issues.
  • Quality & Compliance: Audit supplier performance to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address claims settlement disputes and member complaints effectively.
Requirements
  • A strong knowledge of procurement, contract management, and commercial law.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • Progress towards ANZIIF-endorsed qualifications in loss adjusting or insurance.
