Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
  • Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize excess inventory while ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Lead logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain, analyze data, and drive actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, while also promoting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Management with a track record of strategic leadership and supply chain optimisation.
  • Exposure to EPC type lump sum and reimbursable projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and performance.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
