Job Overview

As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will spearhead the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technology frameworks.
  • Provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimizing system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals and identify technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in solution architecture, with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices, deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration within enterprise environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools, proficiency in API management, ETL, iPaaS, and data governance.
