About This Role

We are seeking a visionary educational leader to drive our Digital Learning strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and College Executive to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in eLearning and innovation.

This role requires a highly experienced professional who can lead and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives in Digital Learning and IT across academic, pastoral, and operational domains.

  • Drive the Digital Learning strategic direction of the College.
  • Lead and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives in Digital Learning and IT.
  • Support and extend the work of the College Executive Team, Middle leaders, and teaching staff.
  • Work closely with the College IT team to embed latest technologies and digital learning approaches within the college community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving digital transformation and leading cross-functional teams. They will be passionate about harnessing technology to enhance student outcomes and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
