Bendigo Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our dynamic team at the Adult Acute Unit as part of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Service.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting consumers as part of a skilled multi-disciplinary team, working on the 35 bed Adult unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality social work services to consumers and their families
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based programs and initiatives
