We are a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, delivering interventions to NDIS participants and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.
About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in Bendigo and surrounding areas. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, delivering therapy and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Educators
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support children and their families
- Provide support and guidance to parents and carers
- Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners

- Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
