Job Title: Facility Security Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the security operations at a large-scale warehouse and distribution facility in Canning Vale. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff, contractors, and visitors on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Monitor and manage CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems to safeguard the facility.
  • Issue and manage access cards, keys, and security clearance levels for staff and contractors.
  • Maintain the visitor pass system, authorizing only authorized individuals to gain access to the site.
  • Conduct regular internal and external patrols to ensure perimeter security is maintained.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Perform checks on parking areas and external premises, addressing any security concerns that arise.
  • Log incidents, events, and daily checks accurately.
  • Provide administrative support by managing emails, incident reports, and documentation.
  • Identify and report potential security risks to stakeholders.
