Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Affairs team as a Senior Employee Communications Partner. This key role will involve working closely with senior leaders to develop internal communication strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and connect teams to our purpose, strategy, values, and behaviors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic campaigns and lead high-impact projects.
  • Provide expert advice to senior executives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and improve internal communications.

About You:

  • At least 15 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • You have extensive experience in developing and executing communications plans and materials aligned with organizational strategy.
  • You can actively stay up-to-date with changes in the external environment and translate them into meaningful insights for internal stakeholders.
  • You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
