Internal Communications Leader

We are seeking a senior communications partner to join our corporate affairs team.

This high-impact role involves developing internal communication strategies that elevate leadership effectiveness and boost employee engagement.

You will shape enterprise-wide campaigns, lead major portfolios of work, and offer expert advice to senior leaders across the business.

About This Opportunity
  • Develop strategic communications plans and materials aligned with group strategy
  • Collaborate across the whole of function and broader group to achieve common objectives
  • Lead teams to deliver results and coach leaders to improve their performance
  • Build collaborative partnerships and influence executives through effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the external environment and translate them into meaningful internal initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • At least 15 years' relevant industry experience
  • Degree qualifications in communications or a related field
  • Experience leading an in-house communications team and collaborating on indigenous-led solutions
