Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and executing day-to-day communications for a Group Head, as well as supporting group-wide strategic communications and initiatives in Banking & Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within or delivering communications for a tech company or tech environment, and a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data inputs and audience insights and their impact on comms planning.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with change and culture engagement colleagues to manage our Banking and Financial Services-wide communications calendar and events, ensuring integration of all our communications and seamless experiences for our audiences.

This role requires someone with exceptional writing and content development skills, who can relay complex information in a simple and engaging way.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Exceptional Writing and Content Development Skills: The ideal candidate should be able to create compelling and engaging content that resonates with internal audiences.
  2. Business Partnerships and Stakeholder Management: Strong track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  3. Technology and Social Media: Experience in using technology and social media platforms to deliver targeted communications to internal audiences.
  4. Data Insights and Audience Analysis: Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data inputs and audience insights and their impact on comms planning.
