Treatment Room Team Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our organization as a treatment room team lead. You will be responsible for managing the provision of services within the treatment room, supporting healthcare professionals, and performing clinical duties.

About The Position

  • Manage the treatment room and support healthcare professionals by coordinating care delivery and providing expert guidance.
  • Perform clinical duties such as pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures and promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Assist with patient triage and procedures by prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and best practices are implemented.

About You

  • You must be a registered nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care.
  • You should be passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • You need to be capable of working independently and making decisions, while also being able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with patients and team members, as well as for promoting effective communication within the team.
