Research Coordinator Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to collaborate with the Inspector of Custodial Services, contributing to the effective oversight of custodial facilities across NSW. The position is an ongoing full-time opportunity that requires research projects, support for inspections, and information collection and analysis.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct research projects to aid in inspection contributions
    • Support the Inspector and Official Visitor program
    • Manage monitoring and reporting of recommendations
    • Collect and analyze information related to custodial services

The Inspector of Custodial Services promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the custodial system. To be successful in this role, you will need strong research skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team.
