As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for assisting with the completion and maintenance of stakeholder assessments, identifying and assessing the impacts from S/4 HANA and Success Factors implementations, and coordinating the development of training content across S/4 HANA and Success Factors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the completion and maintenance of stakeholder assessments.
- Identify and assess the impacts from S/4 HANA and Success Factors implementations.
- Assist in the preparation of the training needs analysis.
- Coordinate the development of training content across S/4 HANA and Success Factors and facilitate content review sessions.
- Develop and maintain the training schedule for end-user training.
- Coordinate the delivery of training, including scheduling, room booking, and sending meeting invitations to attendees and facilitators.
- Create targeted communications with key project messages and support business readiness activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management and/or project coordination.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
